Love their creamy spaghetti curry. Just like it's called, love the creaminess of this curry, which matches so well with the pasta. My personal favorite is always with their beef (bugolgi type beef). A few of the toppings e.g. garlic flakes are free. This place is within Ktown so pretty convenient. Extra utensil, nakpins are available in the draw under each table. You order you food on the tablet and service is pretty quick. Already craving this place while writing this review. Haha.

The is place is amazingly delicious. Its been the second time Ive gone in to dine here. This time they had new ipads where you can order the food on right away. It makes the service quicker. The staff is nice. They came by to refill the water and ask of everything is going well. The place is nice clean and quiet. The ambiance can be romantic or have family gatherings. We got the pork curry with the sides of karaage, cheese pork katsu and cheese croquettes.we got it with a medium spice and it was gave a nice warm feeling the more the food was eaten. The meats cooked really well and the croquettes were fluffy and light. Once we finished our meal we checked out on the ipad and they brought over the check which can be paid in card and cash. Cash tip is preferred here.

I haven't had a chance to come here for a while. They installed amazing tablets on each table to place your order. I am so happy my craving has been satisfied with my favorite curry dish! Love the way the place looks, too. I will be back for more!!

Came back here again for the second time, place is still just as fire Food was amazing and service was super fast!

Honestly an underrated gem in Ktown. The curry is delicious with some very appetizing spicier levels if you enjoy spice. Especially eating in the restaurant, the whole meal including the katsu comes out hot, crispy, and delicious. Service is non-existent, you order off a tablet but waiters bring water and your food to the table. Wait time for food is fast. Ambiance is fine, a bit meh but standard for the area.

I'm rating Abiko Curry 5 stars solely on the food and it being the best East Asian curry rice specialty restaurant in the Northeast. My experience has been ups and downs with this place, particularly the service over the years, but I keep coming back for the food and that means something, especially for a fan of curry rice. The style is Japanese, so you order a base sauce and order toppings to your liking. It's does slightly lean Korean-Japanese fusion, as you could tell with the curry pastas and some of the toppings. Should really be of no surprise that Koreans can make Japanese food though, as people seem to forget just how many Korean-Japanese people work in the food industry in Japan, probably because of issues I don't want to get into here. Some people mistaken Abiko as Korean curry, but Korean-style curry typically has more tumeric, meaning it looks more yellow and is a bit more naturally spicy that's different from capsaicin powder added to up the heat level, and Korean curry typically has stuff like vegetables and a choice of protein mixed in. In my latest visit, we ordered the Chicken Curry Set and an Eggplant Cream Curry Pasta. I had my doubts about the eggplant one, but it really works as long as you don't hate eggplant. Chicken Katsu was good, herb chicken curry was especially tasty with the garlic flakes, and croquettes are one of my favorite fried food. I ordered mine spicy level 3, but don't feel obligated to add any heat at all, since it tastes good regardless. Sadly, seems entrees no longer come with miso soup and radish kimchi, and ordering extra toppings doesn't come with shredded cabbage salad. Probably because people not understanding the culture kept complaining that it wasn't the best miso soup they've ever had or something, not realizing that the freebie is just served as a good, warm alternative to water for downing the food. Why can't we ever have nice things? Lastly, one thing I do wish for is for there to be more set options, such as the Cream Curry Pasta set having the choice to order different types of Cream Curry Pasta with an upcharge or being able to order the Couple's Set with Chicken Katsu instead of Pork Katsu. Or the egg being soft-boiled or poached.

My friends and I came here after a stay at the spa nearby. The service was easy since we ordered on a tablet. The utensils and napkins were in a drawer at the table so it was convenient. We each got different dishes to try and they were all pretty good. It was standard Japanese curry and hit the spot after a day of traveling and being in the spa.
